Many of today's power systems require modern solutions to power factor correction and harmonic mitigation. The rapid increase of variable speed drive use and other solid state devices has resulted in a substantial increase in harmonic loads on power systems. Our firm custom designs and builds both static and automatic harmonic filters. These include single frequency notch filters, multi-frequency notch filters as well as high-pass, "C" type, and "H" type filters. We utilize the highest quality vendors for both the air and iron core, single and three phase, reactors incorporated into our filters. We employ the latest computer modeling software to ensure our filters are compatible with the customers existing electrical distribution system. Since 1986 we have successfully built and installed all different styles of filters in numerous environments including, petrochemical, mining, pulp and paper, refining, shipbuilding, utilities, steel, food processing, hospitals and the aerospace industry.
